What's learnt in the craddle, lasts till the tomb!

The Motorcycle Fair or "Motorbeurs Utrecht" is an annual fair filled with the latest models & gear, stunts and free magazines :P
The motorcycle fair is held at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht in February. If you don't want to come on a motorcycle, it is a short walk from the station! If you do come with your motorcycle, parking is free as long as there are parking spots left.

I took some shots with my iphone, and I'd like to share a few!

This is a very old India motorcycle, I believe they started selling them around 1901!

A new engine from Honda. There were also automatic motorcycles from Honda which you could sit on. So naturally, I tried. It feels really weird that there is no clutch! And they were way too big and too high for me!

Aside from  motorcycles, gear, boots, helmets and all that, there were some keychains, stickers, spare parts and parking signs!

One Third - A project on food waste

"One Third" is a photograph project by Klaus Pichler. According to a UN study 1/3 of all the food in the world goes to waste. On the other side, there are 925 million people around the world threatened by starvation. Klaus arranges rotting food to a pretty still live, that is, until you look at them up close!

Do you try to cook and buy food that you only need so that you don't throw it away if you have too much?

Pineberry

These are "pineberries", a strawberry with a bit of a pineapple taste. It's a bit more sour than a regular strawberry but they are still nice. Sometimes they are also called a "albino strawberry". Whatever you prefer!
